As part of Montresor Legal's Diversity Initiative, we have launched our first report which provides an understanding of the challenges of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within UK’s top 50 law firms and in-house legal teams of companies operating in the financial services, consumer goods, and technology sectors.

The report includes an analysis of lived experiences of lawyers from under-represented groups and key statistics pertaining to broader existential perceptions of diversity and equality in the legal sector.
