Hannah has worked in Private Practice associate recruitment since 2011, and is one of the leading associate specialist consultants in the London market. She has placed lawyers at all levels of seniority and across all practice areas into many of the most prestigious and successful firms in the London market. She has extensive experience in retained, exclusive and contingent search mandates.

When not working she enjoys sampling London’s restaurant scene (and running to work it off!)

Eden Brown is a Senior Consultant in our Private Practice team, specialising in U.K. and U.S. law firm recruitment in London. Through proven delivery, Eden has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor who adds genuine value to the recruitment process.

Prior to joining Montresor, Eden established and led one of New Zealand’s largest legal recruitment teams.

Holly has spent three years placing lawyers into some of the top law firms in New Zealand and Australia. She joined our private practice team in June 2024, recruiting associates for US and UK law firms in London. Holly has experience executing on mandates across the full spectrum of practice areas. She is known for taking a consultative and down-to-earth approach to assisting lawyers to find their ideal role.

Outside of work, she is often checking out different food spots in London or jogging around all the parks (still figuring out which one is her favourite)
