Roger Barron brings a wealth of experience and insights to his role as Senior Advisor at Montresor. With his background as a Corporate Partner at Linklaters, Global Vice-Chair of M&A at Paul Hastings, and Senior M&A Advisor to Eversheds Sutherland, Barron possesses a deep understanding of the legal industry. Leveraging his firsthand knowledge and strategic insights, his primary focus will be providing counsel to Montresor consultants, clients, and individual Partners represented by the firm.

Freddie Lawson, the newly appointed leader of Montresor's Partner practice, joins the firm from a leading legal search firm where he established himself as one of the industry's top Partner recruiters. With an exceptional track record of facilitating high-profile Partner moves, Lawson brings invaluable expertise to the firm. In his role, he will spearhead Montresor’s efforts in securing best-in-class Partners to Montresor’s stable of law firm clients.
